Obesity is becoming a vital problem in our world today. This is prevalent not just among the older generations but among the younger generations too. In fact this is more of a crisis among the children today glued to their video games and addicted to whatever junk food that is in demand. There is a high risk of youngsters with bad dietary practices ending up with heart diseases and cholesterol. The fact is that many youngster do not get proper exercise as they do not engage in healthy childhood activities and are mainly stuck in front of their TV, computer or Video came with ear phones crammed in to their ears. The adults are not without their faults too. Some spend all their time on weekdays siting in the same cubicle from eight to five and come home and sit in front of the TV and watch the reruns of a match they missed while at work.

There is no point pointing fingers at this that and the other. It is time to act. However even though a lot of people are aware of the threats faced by obesity and even have the will power to take action, they are still hindered by the mere fact that they do not have the time to exercise and look after your body in order to ensure that it is healthy. Many work late nights and sometimes a phone call for pizza is the only strength you can muster to before you collapse on the bed after work. Sometimes it feels like losing weight and keeping healthy is not a feasible option any more.

You cannot be more wrong. There are little thing that you can do while at work or at home that can ensure that your body stays in a healthy condition. One such thing is drinking organic green tea. Most of us our addicted to our morning coffee or coffee breaks in between work shifts.

While caffeine can be good in small doses, it can be adverse to your health in large quantities per day. So no when you take your coffee break make it a habit to convert it in to a break you take to enjoy organic green tea. It will keep you fit as well as help the weight reducing problem. The best part is, you don’t even have to change your schedule to fit it in. Just keep a couple of tea bags in your desk drawer and pour in some hot water from your flask. Taking a step towards losing weight is that simple.
